Refund & Cancellation Policy
At DREAMLAND HOTEL and CO, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide our guests with a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy. Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds:
Cancellation Periods:
Standard Reservation: If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 5 Days prior to your scheduled check-in time to avoid any cancellation fees.
Special Events and Promotions: Some special events, packages, or promotional offers may have different cancellation policies. Please refer to the terms and conditions specific to the event or offer when booking.
Cancellation Process:

Please provide your reservation details, including the confirmation number, name, and check-in date, for a swift and efficient cancellation process.
Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations made more than 5 days before the scheduled check-in date are subject to no cancellation fees.
Cancellations made less than 5 days of the scheduled check-in date will result in a charge equal to one night’s stay plus applicable taxes.
No-Show Policy:
If you fail to arrive for your reservation without prior notice, it will be considered a “no-show,” and you will be charged for the entire stay plus applicable taxes.
Early Departure:
In the event of an early departure after check-in, you will be charged for the full stay originally booked.
Refunds:
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation.
The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for booking. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account based on your financial institution’s policies.
Exceptions:
In cases of extenuating circumstances such as natural disasters or medical emergencies, we may consider waiving cancellation fees. Please provide documentation to support your claim, and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
Group Reservations:
Group reservations (bookings of 5 or more rooms) are subject to a separate cancellation policy. Please inquire with our reservations team for details when booking a group reservation.
Modification of Policy:
DREAMLAND HOTEL and CO reserves the right to modify this cancellation and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised policy will apply to all reservations made after the date of modification.
